4. Accounts & Access

To access certain features, including Pro tools, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. Payments & Subscription Terms

AceFinder offers tiered access plans including:

• Monthly Pro: Billed monthly at £3.99. Automatically renews unless cancelled.
• Yearly Pro: Billed annually at £35.99 (approx. 10p/day). Automatically renews unless cancelled.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time payment for permanent access to Pro features.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

6. Refund Policy: 30-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with AceFinder Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

To Request a Refund:

• Navigate to the Expert Support Hub.
• Select "Billing" as the topic.
• Submit your request with your account email.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. This policy complies with UK consumer rights legislation.

7. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to exploit the Service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy platform data or logic
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to bypass access controls or paywalls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, recommendations, branding, and design elements are owned by AceFinder or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability & Equipment Integrity

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• AceFinder is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for performance outcomes, injuries, or equipment decisions based on recommendations

Equipment Integrity: You are solely responsible for ensuring your tennis equipment is structurally sound and safe for use, regardless of any AI recommendations. High string tensions or weight modifications can damage frames; proceed at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated. Termination for violation does not entitle users to a refund.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of England and Wales.
