AceFinder acts as the Data Controller. We utilize sub-processors strictly to deliver requested functionality. Data is not used by these providers for independent profiling or advertising. We use essential cookies from Stripe (payments) and Google (analytics/ads) to ensure site functionality and performance. We will notify users of any significant changes to our sub-processors via this page or in-app notification.
Function: Racket/String Analysis.
Privacy: Inputs are processed strictly to generate results. Inputs are not used to train global models without separate opt-in.
Function: Venue Discovery.
Privacy: Location coordinates are used solely to query nearby courts and are not linked to your Pro profile.
Function: Upcoming Session Display.
Privacy: Our application accesses your Google Calendar data (read-only) solely to display your upcoming schedule within your personal dashboard. This data is processed ephemerally on your device, is never stored on our servers, is never shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising purposes. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements to Guest users. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
Function: Product Updates & Newsletters.
Privacy: If you explicitly opt-in to marketing communications, your email address and name are synchronized with our provider, Resend. You can opt-out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or by updating your preferences in the app. We do not sell your email address to third-party data brokers.
Function: Payment Processing.
Privacy: We assume no liability for financial data. Credit card information is transmitted directly to Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant servers and is never stored on our infrastructure.
Function: Performance Monitoring.
Privacy: Collection of anonymized usage metrics (e.g., page load speeds, country of origin, device type) to optimize application stability. No PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is collected.
calendar.events.readonly scope).We access your Google Calendar data solely to display your schedule within the AceFinder dashboard. This helps you plan tennis training sessions around your existing commitments. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Strictly Read-Only: Our access is strictly read-only; AceFinder cannot modify, create, or delete any events on your Google Calendar.
AceFinder does NOT share Google user data with any third-party tools, including AI models or external trackers. Data is processed ephemerally or stored securely solely for the user’s personal view.
Security & Protection: We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit. Google Calendar data is never stored on our persistent database; it is kept in memory during your active session to ensure maximum privacy.
We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active. You can revoke AceFinder's access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings.
Additionally, clicking Delete Account in AceFinder settings results in the permanent erasure of all Google-sourced data from our servers within 30 days.
Local Device Storage (Primary)
Preferences and saved gear live on your device. For Guests, this data remains 100% local. For Pro users, preference data is securely synchronized with our server to provide cross-device access. Interaction feedback related to recommendations may be stored securely with your user profile to improve future advice.
Ephemeral Processing
Wizard inputs are cleared from memory immediately upon session termination or tab closure unless explicitly saved to your profile.
Under GDPR, you have the Right to Access and the Right to Erasure. You can clear local app data and revoke all consents at any time via the Account section in your Settings. For Pro users, this action will also initiate a request to scrub your profile from our cloud synchronisation.
