Method 1: The Finger Test

Hold your racket with an Eastern Grip (as if you were shaking hands with it).

You should be able to fit the index finger of your other hand between the tips of your fingers and your palm. If there isn't enough room, the grip is too small. If there's extra space, it's too large.

Method 2: Ruler Measurement

With your hand open, align a ruler with the second crease of your palm (the middle crease).

Measure from that crease to the tip of your ring finger. This measurement in inches will correspond directly to your ideal US grip size.
